THE VERDICT on our PINEAPPLE EXPRESS IPA:  after 6 hours of pouring this ale we all agreed that it was amazing!  IPA-hoppy with fruity and citrusy sub-tones provided by the pineapple and mandarins. Everyone who tried it, loved it! We will continue to pour this Ale all day Friday (or until it runs out), so if you missed Thursday’s tasting you can always try some on Friday.

Another grand experiment in making. The True Ale – made with fresh beer and fresh fruit, self-carbonated, no preservatives.
